Ramona Ridolfi
Ramona is an international development leader and team coach with 15 years of global experience advancing gender equality and social inclusion across Asia, Africa and beyond. From grassroots advocacy with UN Women and Helen Keller International to managing an impact-oriented lending initiative in Indonesia and later stepping into a global leadership role with Mercy Corps, Ramona’s career has spanned continents, cultures and complexity, reinforcing her belief that performance and team culture go hand in hand.
Alongside her development career, Ramona brings the perspective of a former professional volleyball player and youth coach (U16 and U18). Her experience in sport continues to shape her curiosity about how teams function: the importance of clear roles, mutual trust and shared responsibility, as well as how people learn through both wins and setbacks. It has given her a grounded appreciation for how teams grow, adapt and perform together over time.
Now working as an independent consultant and team coach, Ramona supports diverse, multi-cultural teams to work better together – combining inclusion and performance in practical, everyday ways so teams can collaborate effectively and deliver results. Ramona has completed the Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching course (AATC, 94 hours) and is currently continuing her professional development through the Vocational Coach Program (ACC level) to be ICF accredited.
