Reshma Parmanand
Reshma began her career on the clinic floor, fitting glasses one patient at a time. It didn’t take her long to notice that the bigger problem wasn’t the eyes in front of her — it was a system that couldn’t reach most of them. That observation led her to her MBA and has shaped two decades of work, and it’s still the lens through which she approaches every assignment.
Her practice blends clinical credibility, strategic leadership, and the implementation instincts that only come from having actually run things. Her advisory work is shaped by a few quiet convictions: that strategy is only as good as the team carrying it; that alignment between national systems, donor priorities and organisational ambition is not a slogan but a craft; that scale isn’t a moment, it’s a decision made repeatedly over years. And that the most useful thing an outside advisor can do is help a team see their own situation more clearly and then trust themselves to act on it.
