The Springfield Centre, June 2016

This suite of case studies seeks to examine how systemic change has happened over three sectors (vegetables, fish and maize) and a decade of Katalyst involvement. The cases begin with an introduction to the two key concepts necessary for defining and articulating systemic change; the nature of the market system and the dimensions of change necessary to ensure sustainable, large-scale impact. This is then used as a lens to examine intervention in the three sectors.
